100 % doable with 100fg and youll have some leftover, you need a eth cv infinity, ebug fort, eth andys visage for your merc.
good light sorc setup as far as gear for her id say chains of honor, arachs belt, 1 soj and 1 bk wedding band, a a maras ammy, 35 fcr spirit monarch, ist'd occy and shako, torch and anni, a few all res small charms, cta on swap, youll be wreckin on hell in no time!!
