I bought a ring just like 'Plague Coil' for 2fg. 'Blood Whorl' less than 10fg.
I personally use rings like these to Strength Bug but certainly not for any main toons. At this point, I would Charsi, but that's just my opinion. Sorry I couldn't give you better news. Hope I'm wrong and they give more value to you.
