2/20 sin circs are always chari unless they have viso with them because trapsins use griffs to hit fcr bp

since all the rest of the circs don't have 2os, they are all charsi.

if someone really wanted to max out the damage of their traps with a +3 trap circ, they wouldn't need the 20fcr on it because they wouldn't hit the meta for the fcr bp without the extra 5fcr from griffs on circ. given only og knowledgeable players make up probably 95%+ of the non-ladder pvp play, i think odds of someone buying is very low.
