Never seen Doom B4.
Checked it and noticed it had 45ias. Then both 86 IAS for Zeal and 72 for Talon
are ez to achieve. As there are no good mods for Talon, Zealot is a good candidate for your sexy weapon
I know nothing about Frenzy or WW, is it good for Barb?
How about cold sorc?
