What are the bis stat boots iyo? It's been a while since I've played, 07' to be exact, and I just got back into it a month ago. Still learning the curve, I'm guessing 30 FRW / 10 FHR / Tri res + gf? or is str / dex more important?

That is ideal.
But low gf barb use infernostride (1-2fg for 70gf) then upgrade to dual res or tri res with gf
