The fcr isn't what makes the helm entirely, the high Dex stat is nice by itself tbh

No, not entirely... the appeal for this helm would be a tele bow zon. So the fcr is quite important for this specific helm. But yes, 2/30/19dex/2 would still be a nice circlet. Just not as impressive as this helm. My helm is impressive without fcr because of the other Stats, on the other hand.

No doubt, just reducing the possible expectations of the telebowzons are trash input that I've read so much of. 1 off perf of Dex.
Now if I could have traded fcr for ED.
However, appreciate the inputs.
Current c/I still stands.
