you're probably running 3 on the same ip which is already enough to get you tagged.
It can also be due to you logged into a already-flagged ip (wifi, proxy, vpn you name it)

but definitely not a player report.

i'll keep an eye out on some of gear I remember you having. It will come up on some multi eventually...had an account wiped during the hybrid runeword ladder, lost a lot of good gear, but definitely not in the same boat as ya :S
