While you're here I just wanted to post a mini rant about how I feel about this d2jsp economy. Mind you this is coming from a guy who before this ladder season hasnt played in almost 10 years.
ALL of you selling items like (lets say 30+ life ele and pnb gcs) for 30-50 FG and lower.
Do you realize
1 FG = roughly 3.4 cents per (if you're buying forum gold form d2jsp)
This means you are selling your ele or pnb gc or whatever the fuck it is for roughly 90 cents.
Idk about most of you, but I don't even turn on my computer for a 90 cent trade, i don't even wanna begin with you people doing 5fg trades, you realize you're wasting your time with a 15 cent trade? Like your time could be better spent watching paint dry. I truly dont understand, so maybe someone explain to me.
I don't understand what happened to this d2 economy to make it so bad but god damn, its almost just not even worth playing.
Cant find PK games, items are worth absolute shit. I know this probably means nothing to any of you and maybe its because there are so few players and so many items, simple supply and demand economics but damn did it have to die so fast?
No offense but this is one of the dumbest posts I've ever read even though the principle time spent/money made is crucial in life in general ($1000/h tasks > $100/h > $10/h which may sound super obvious but most people get stuck in the $10/hour tasks/jobs and literally exchange their lifetime vs $10 an hour all their lives and never aim for higher but that's another topic), it does not apply here and it does not really matter if 1 fg = 3, 5 or 10 cents as you are trading the item for a virtual currency which you can trade again for another item, service, item or service from another game etc etc.
The item price in fgs is based on how rare it is and the market activity which is a sane thing, the fact some rare items are sold so low is because of the botting and the fact people are not patient enough when selling/in need of a quick fg.
