what is that flail good for? Isn't the damage too low for lld?

Its for smite, max speed and amp and combat skills

smiter, dmg on smiter doesnt come from wep.

but pcomb increases, they want amp because that increases smite dmg if proc'd, 2 os allows max shael's to hit ias bp, and 30 ias is top that can spawn on LLD wep but 20 is still gfg, as well as flail is max range for smite as thats based on wep as well.

in short, its a nearly perfect flail, 30 ias would boost it a bit (although without running a calc i dont even know if 30 is needed, i tend to think not), and the other mods it could have rolled are only minor adds if it didnt roll max/ar.

It needs lvl 4 fanata for 6 frame with 60ias so u do need the 10ias glove bfist or crafted
