yep i think hes right. i made a 60ias shield and tested it with an ebotdz witch has 60ias
just shield- really slow
just ebotdz - pretty fast
this is a bummer be cause i really wanted to use a last wish for fade and lifetap but it just attacks to slow... iv got 20ias gloves/ 15ias jewel in helm / 20ias from highlords but thats just not enough ias for a fury build
