this is not worth much since its not hard to come by a base like this ( 2 handed sword) that will get 4 sockets. Its not like a 15/3 zerker 5os where it will be worth tons.

No one MLD's any more. But that is the best oath base for sword. It's -5 speed on base and balrog is 0. I prefer the higher min dmg like you said as well. Personally I would charge 50-100 for that. But you may be able to get more if someone is desperate for it.
