What is it for if not hoto?

I simply wanted the base, but didn't want the runeward already laid in it. I am rolling a hoto, but I want to do it myself and already have a number of rune sets for it. I just got impatient for my runners to find the base for me. Same with the 5 soc Eth Crystal Sword I binned in another thread. To roll a Cta myself for fun. All my chars are already geared. Next on me docket is to build a smiter. I have a bunch of key sets. Lol

ok i was just curious i like to keep any items that are useful to sumbody in the game. sry to ask but y do u want eth? lower requirements?

Have a full Uber smiter for sale cheap if you end up wanting to buy one.
