Those claws are mostly used in pvp, where i'm not a master.
3ls 3mb is good but third skill is bad (3claw block would be perfect), also no 15ed on them.
The main problem is that very few people remain in old d2. A year ago you should be able to sell those easy, but now? Hard.
About price, can't say, most things now cost 50% less since d2r. The best price check is to make a post and see people's offers.
