I'm sure you have a price in mind, take that price and multiply it with 0.7 (just an example) and set that as start, then pray for an actual start and hope you get multiple bidding.

Things seem to at least get some attention if you have a start or FT, otherwise there is no action before someone comes and attempts to get it at 1/8th of what you expect.
