Have u guys ever seen the legit open battle.net server?

If you go to D2 startscreen Other Multiplayer -> TCP/IP -> d2ga.net

you can join a legit pub server thats pretty active. If u got hacked items you'll be sent to the void automatically.

When you join with a new char you can write ".setlevel 99" then go to a3 and buy 100% perfect legit stuff from all vendors and go to the arena "act 1" and duel.
If u want craft/rare stuff u can ask the mods or make your own in Hero Editor as long as its legit u'll be able to join the server.

I believe each game can contain up to between 30-40 players.

It's really awesome and everyone who's into pvp should check it out.
