i use 30 str ammy to str bug my ss on, use lidless or we w my cta on switch

also had situation where i bug dex on but somehow its always very complex and not worth to bug dex

yeh... if it was plus 2 to a usefull skill with life instead of mana... it would be very GG... as it is... it could be useful to something like a smiter dueler. (if thats a thing)

because the stats would mean smiter could hit all crit break points with more hp.
