your item is a cool piece but less usable because theres better runewords.

it misses attack speed / 2 sockets.

ED can go up to 300 with the fools mod, but 278 is definitely not bad.

edit: additionally, the base item could also be better in terms of attack speed and max damage (preferably war axe / naga / berzerker axe)
