is it eth? if so exile if not strenght, sanctuary, dream etc etc. vortex shields are overrated trash, ST is the best shield.

I would make phonix in it for added ed

Ugh 417 ed that means it rolled 353 from 350-400

rerolls are expensive x-x

never make exile out of no res shield. smite does not benefit from ed% nor do you want to pve mephisto without res.
