Coming from a frenzy barb. Lilith only one to kill me. No issues with Meph with stacked resists and howl. Baal just takes me forever since my ar is low.

Fair enough, I've always used a smiter. Baal and Lilith don't hurt him much but Meph is a rollercoaster.
