if you dont have discord you should DL it
there is a PubG channel someone can tell you its name i cant remember, but there is 20 4 man rooms and you join the channel pick a room and ask players the questions you want and decide to que or not with them.
We're not great so we just qued with who ever they were all better players than we were. 3-4 pug games we did using discord groups
