Ever hear the expression "like shooting fish in a barrel". Your the fish and the water is the barrel in pubg. Your also wasting a fuck load of time getting in the water. If you walkup shore a little ways theres usually boats.
The only time I could recommend getting in the water is if your a giant vagina and the only way you know how to earn BP is by stealthing your way to 10 alive and getting killed by the first person to see you.

Do High Pop drops until you can aim and spot targets, even if your bad your going to earn bp at the same rate you would stealthing to top 10 and dying

Yes, I have heard that expression. However, that's an enormous barrel versus being funneled onto a bridge. A bridge that most likely already has people on it waiting for you. Give or take, you have roughly a 4.5km width to be able to swim, it's not like you have to swim under or even parallel to the bridge.

Yes, there may be boats. No, one way is not always better than the other. I've made that swim tons of times, and only gotten killed maybe 2-3 times. I've died trying to cross the bridge significantly more often.

im BAAAD too but I agree with you 100%. We're not dumb and we always look for a boat before we cross, but if its not there and Im geared and im swimming into Zone. Hit auto run walk away come back in 5 min and youre running on the beach. Ive been shot one time in a boat crossing but never swimming. Ive been shot 25+ crossing a bridge.

this was only my first couple of games though, now i always drop in the school
