Kar98 is shit


Id much rather run the

M416/ 4x-8x with full attachments
Akm full auto with red dot


And to be quite honest im a great shot for long range and the kars reload time put up against a single fire 40 clip is nothing.

Kar versatile is not actually good. No headshot no kill, Body shot 3 second reload time.

The M416 stock pulls your shots to the right. Don't use it ever. (The fact that you don't know this already says a lot about your opinion)
And it has low bullet velocity compared to mini and M16 so it's harder to hit long range moving targets
Also less close range DPS than M16.

It's simply just a worse gun.
Need to do your research before you start making absolute statements like that.



Kar is for making picks on people that will take cover once you shoot or hit them once.
Imagine someone peeking really far away. If you hit them with most guns they'll just crouch back down but if you get them with a sniper you get the kill. Or someone in a window that will just move over as soon as you start shooting at them.

Then the M16 is the best in stats for almost every other use.

Kar98 has a similar use as the M24 and AWM.

I had this argument with a guy on the forums, weapon stats/specs do not mean much in the grand scheme of things.
The vast majority of people will pick up the m4 over the m16 and they are right to do so.
I would argue that trying to take that long range shot is almost never worth it regardless of what gun you are holding unless you have a silencer.
If a player is more than ~300 metres away from me i will ignore them because the guy hiding 60 metres away is more of a danger and he will start looking for me the moment i fire the first shot.

you're prob really bad too. Don't be a meta whore. If a weapon handles better and just gets you far more kills, then its a better gun. I can get 6+ kills a game if i get a m416 with a tact stock/vert grip. I have only gotten 1 kill with a Kar and it was on a naked. That gun is garbage is the m4 is way better. Especially because the odds of you gettin a Kar+8x scope+attachments outside of an airdrop is so low its not worth it. If you have a 4x or lower, the m4 is best gun outside of m16(crate only)

You're not telling me why you think the weapon is better.



Personal comfort is of course the most important thing for your performance. It doesn't matter how good something is if you can't personally use it.

But that doesn't make the weapon objectively better. Weapon specs dictate which is better.

Kar98 is a really good gun "even with just a 4x scope"
you've gotta really know how to use it. (1 hit wonder to the head)
regarding m16 vs m4 (i choose m16 all day).

again this is just my opinion.
everyone has their own favorite guns, regardless of stats/specs/meta..

m16 is also my favourite rifle. I like the powerful sound it makes
