Hard to say, prices on HC are dead atm. Rough guess.

45 sword 40 int - 300-400
30 chain 36str - 20-50
t3 plate - 5-20fg
35 light 67ee- 1-5fg

40 earth 72ee/37vita - 50-100

Just posting my thoughts on some of the items:

t3 plate - 1-5 (basically a dime a dozen, and it is plate, if padded robe a different story)
40 earth 72ee/37vita - 25-75 (not much market for casting items since a majority of current base has their own)

Get more opinions, personally I wouldn't buy any item in the 10 ranges (i.e. 30, 40, 50) unless it had significant EE / Stat for 15 levels.
