high dura, should be 80+
the skill req requirement should be 55 and up, so tier XII and up

I guess I'm the only person in the game (at least on HC) using them, but I understand they're rare, so lmk what you're thinking

nope, I have a 60 +2 prof in stock to test with at some point, but I doubt it helps much ^^ thanks for the offer, though
