5 ~ 70+ EE
10 ~ 85+ EE
15 ~ 90+ EE


SWORDS:

5 ~ 70+ EE
10 ~ 90+ EE
15 ~ 90+ EE


AXES:

5 ~ 75+ EE
10 ~ 90+ EE
15 ~ 90+ EE



ARMOUR:

III ~ at least 2x melee mods with tier 3 melee rolls (11+ str, 201+ life, 11+ Dex, 3 crit etc)
5 ~ at least 2x melee mods with tier 4 rolls, or 3x with tier 3+
10 ~ 21+ Str
10 ~ 21+ Dex
15 ~ 25+ Str with usable melee mod rolls
15 ~ 25+ Dex with usable melee mod rolls


CHARM:

III ~ at least 2x melee mods with tier 3 melee rolls (11+ str, 201+ life, 11+ Dex, 3 crit etc)

I also have this - not as good but still:

Mana Cost: 53
+28 Strength
+45 Max Mana
+5% Damage Return
