I got a good feel for the tiers & magic levels that sell for skillers on softcore. But am not having much luck selling items on HC

What tier items are the skillers looking for? how many magical properties needed?

Stuff like this sells pretty easy on SC; just wondering where the thresholds are on HC. Any insight is welcome

If I am not mistaken with the current situation of lack of players on HC.
Only the Silence crew and Low-ki are buying skillables, and that is only level 40+ and all for only 1-2fg?
Would like to see for myself what else is being bought.

Obviously the lower the tier the slower they sell. Its not something that gets cleared even daily every time. I dont generally go lower than 40s due to space issues. As BLC said they are all 1fg each.
