this ones near worthless, yes its hh usable but 20 of a single stat are common enough and more flexible.
5 fg max
the 20 str is only 30 fg max and expecting closer to 15 tbh.
for HC in particular, there is not too many new players joining but lots of older players which leads to lower level items being near worthless.
