I havent needed to look for or compare dex charms in a while.. but based off of what i have that is similar, id say the lvl 30 is in the vicinity of 200-300 and the 55 id say in the vicinity of 500-800, pricing being a bit higher due to being all class useable.

the 55 may go for more since there arent many 40+ dex charms out there..
