I'm trying to get 19.98 FG for this Level 20 Angelic Wind charm with +95%EE
Found it from an Evil Presence at level 50. Hoping it's worth a little something.
Somebody has a 97%EE LVL 20 Wind Charm for 45 FG. I just want 19.98 for mine.

unfortunately the wind will prolly not sell. at low levels most people have better although the mind numb helps
chain mail should get you 10fg easy

I was worried about that. I'll drop the Level 20 Wind Charm with 95% EE and 4% mind numb plus 4% damage return to just 12 FG for now. Thank you.
