I got lost in your explanation, so I am just going to post how I read it as an old time player and NOT a noob.

Buying any and all Tier II / III (level 1 items) that have 15+ to the following stats:

Strength
Dexterity
Intelligence &/or
Heal Mastery.

Including any Tier IV (level 5) to Tier VI (level 15 items) at 1 forum gold.

Now, I will pay more for the following with the minimum of 15 Stats towards Str / Dex / Int & Heal Mastery:

Tier VII (level 20) @ 2 fg ... each
Tier VIII (level 25) @ 4 fg ... each
Tier IX (level 30) @ 5 fg ... each

That is how I read this trade thread, and to keep on topic, this is my Marketplace and items presently, and hope you find something cheaper, however, I may post your request(s) during my climbs, so please keep an eye out for anything of interest.
