fyi- the highest lvl fisherman on hc is 37.
I dont know at what lvl you have to be in order to use a 55 rod, but my guess is it will be at least a year before someone can

At fishing lvl 37, I am able to use a "required rank: 65" rod. It is not the best choice, but it is usable
