price checks will vary as to whom gives them, to some items are worth more, than the next person views it. some items are just general consensus with the rarity of higher level items. typically level 40 and up. you shouldnt come down on those of us who have been active on slasher and have a better idea of what an item is worth. yes, some people just want the fg for other games and will clear items out at a undercut pricing, to ensure it sells fast. others know what the item(s) are worth and will wait until they get that pricing.

I paid quite a bit for this staff, and it is currently ranked as 3rd best in game (amongst the current active HC slasher player base and database ) .

simply put.. the availability will determine pricing. another factor is; how badly you want the item and what you will pay for it.. but be warned.. if you continue to lowball to the extreme, some will discontinue to do trades with you because it is more of a headache.

for example.... I currently have a 7k offer out on an item. which i was hesitant on going above 4-5k. but i want the item, so im willing to overpay a bit for it, so i can kind of complete my set.

This is a respectable response, i didnt lowball anyone. I offered 800fg on a lvl 45 item that i felt is worth 800fg. The dagger had no history, i based this on previous items I bought. But he said a 190ee lvl 45 dagger is worth closer to 20k and I do think thats BS. Maybe after a server reset, but I dont believe is worth that now.

That being said I have seen items I do beleive to be worth well over 30k fg and the dagger is probably worth more than 800 fg. But a lvl 45 with 190ee is not worth near 20k fg to me. A lvl 55 with 190ee then ill consider paying over 10k fg for an item.

a 201 40ee dagger has been sold for 40k on softcore to give you some kind of comparison.

a 190+45 for 20k is cheap.

Ladder resetting has very little to do with gear and more effects things like glyphs, fish, etc as more people are offcasting.

Gear does not go to "non ladder" like d2.
