not on the charm, you can easily do from lvl 20 to mq with that charm on a heavy hybrid char, imo a 50+str is equal to this one, 1-14mpa is perfect at this lvl
i can do 7,5k for dl on the staff

hmz okay ill just take ur 3.5k dl on the charm then....retract on the staff for now [or keep my 5k offer, thats fine]
