My Rogue can use staffs too so this will fill the lvl 15 hole.
But dont know what to offer for this

Thanks for you post on the items and characters that they are on... basically I will sell both items to you @ 5 fg each... so total is 10 fg, but, I have to be online when you are also online to make the trade and that others will not snipe them.
