I don't know bows. Is this a good bow or Charsi? Combined life+mana leech seems good but damage is not crazy good.

Enhanced Damage has to be 130% higher, and also need 20% increased attack speed, so that one u have is charsi

I will second this opinion.

%ed rolls up to 200%, so 27% is very low. And ye you need 20% increased attack speed on bows, attack speed is very important for Amazon.

Just as a reference, I gave this one away for free. This is pretty much bare minimum you need. No one would bid on it so I gave it away.
