Alternatively if you are making a fireball sorc I could change the set to

Shard,
Twitch
Magefists
Rare boots
Rare helm
Rare fcr rings
Rare 10 fcr ammy of some sort

You would need to find yourself a lidless if you want to hit 110 fcr
