If you don't want to deal with finding a bumper or waiting for a group rush, you can even do this rush to convert your toon to Expansion or RotW!

Normal Only : 25 FG

Nightmare Only : 75 FG

Hell Only (to A3 Start) : 100 FG

Hell Only (to A4) : 150 FG

A1 Normal to beginning of A3 Hell : 200 FG
(at this point you will still be in hell after converting to expansion/rotw)

A1 Normal to A4 Hell : 250 FG
(at this point you will be ready to jump into hell chaos in classic, expansion, or rotw)
