well yeah no fucking shit if the 71% resistance boots were 110-115% resistance boots of course they would be worth significantally higher
but since they are struggling to even be a capped 80res dual res boots their value plumments

hotspurs reduction is king
faster hit recovery is a fake mod, sucks and is 100% useless
faster run walk is actually pretty good but the value from 20% to 30% in pvm/hardcore is extremely overrated

i made boot mules selling 20/10 70+res and 30/10 70+res boots better then these like 8 seasons in a row and i would sell those boots for like
less then 200 fg on hardcore and softcore many that had other mods, dex hfd mf,gf,over80-90res
