I dont normally bash items, but since this is a PC, i'll put my 2 cents in.

A high number of useful mods (and especially the drop chance - a ring with 6 trash mods can have the exact same chance to spawn) doesn't automatically make an item a trophy, good or even useful at all.. What matters far more is the values of those modifiers (compared to max possible value). A good way of looking at the relative value of a rare item is taking the % values of each individual DESIRABLE affix (compared to max possible value) and averaging them out. The resulting number is a % of the BIS item.

In your case:
2/7 mana leech - 28%
3/6 life leech - 50%
2/15 str -13%
30/30 cr - 100%
12/30 lr - 40%
20/30 fr - 67%

Total : 49.6%

This is not even close to being "trophy" territory. A ring with 6% LL, 30FR, 30LR or 6%LL/15STR/30FR would be more useful and more desirable in most cases despite only having 3 of your 6 mods. It's a useful ring overall, but i doubt anyone would pay more than a couple of hundred for it at this point in the season.
