yeah, its charsi. keep in mind weapons can roll up to 200% ED and +20 max dmg.

even for a LLD BvB hammer this is sub-par. especially with the very low +AR roll.

for example i have a level 25 requirement battle hammer that has 148 max Damage and other useful mods.
