in addition to that, this is also hardcore where the prices are naturally going to be higher then softcore, if you use that same logic im going to bloat the prices of the previous conversation at you, you simply can not price check a softcore item and a hardcore item and think its going to be the same value

No, actually the ring is close enough to make a comparison. (Subtract minimum damage+life and add 25LR. Both mod sets are valuable, but dual resist definitely more so). I'd put this one at probably 300% of the value of the ring we discussed. HCCL prices are typically lower outside of the first week or two of the season... So you are completely wrong there.
