Crush and Level Service
Take a classic rush (crush):
Act 1 Norm -> Act 4 Hell --> 1000 fg
OR
crush a4 hell and level service 1-20 --> 1500 fg
crush a4 hell and level service 1-40 --> 2000 fg
crush a4 hell and level service 1-60 --> 2500 fg
Timeframe between 24h and 48h - depends on the service.
Your char will be skilled/stated only once - after my service you have still 3x respec (Akara quest).

* What is Classic Rush (Crush) Service?
In classic Diablo II there are no ancients, so you can rush any level character to hell just by killing Diablo. Then in act 3 or act 4 hell you simply convert the character to LoD.
