But the trade is now completed and he never backed out. This means he owes me the FG

Secondly, he NEVER asked for a witness, so that's irrelevant. None is needed.

Thirdly, he said hes searching for the ear of ChosenDeath and/or BubbaGump. Never did he say he was paying FG for those ears. He did however say that hed pay FG for the death of bubbagumppers and that has been provided.
