not sure if right place to post but here it goes, so basically what is this new ranked system? do i need to win 12 bronze 12 silver 12 gold 12 platinum 12 diamond to reach champion?
is this system how i really think it is aka "give every noob GC" point me out if im mistaken over this thing, cuz i have skills but no time for such a nonsense?

No you need 12 wins to earn the rewards next season. You also need to be in the next rank for your rewards to go higher. Say your platinum, win 12 games for plat rewards you then have to hit diamond before your wins count. Hope this helps. Pm me if i wasnt specific enough

If you want the bronze rewards at the end of the season, youll need to complete 12 wins on bronze.
When those are complete, youll need another 12 wins for the silver reward.
Gold reward, another 12 wins.
Platinum reward, another 12 wins

This goes on until you reached your desired award.
Your rank determines how far you can climb.
Say you are ranked in gold, youll need to climb higher in the ranks, in order to reach the platinum reward
