Everything that is painted is sellable.

Also if u start opening cases, ull notice what is worth more than others

What exactly do you mean by painted?

different color than default. it will say next to an item name something like "white/gray/black/crimson/cobalt/sky blue/lime/forest green/burnt sienna/saffron/purple/orange"

Not sure if rarity - color is different on xbox but from cases its Blue, Purple, Red, Yellow. Common -> Rarest. All red and yellow items have sell-able value. Blues and purples should probably be traded up unless its a decal(and in some cases wheels) you particularly like.

Aside from case items (besides wheels and the new painted decals), all painted items that randomly drop are typically worth something. Non-default colors add an extra rarity level to an item.
