What port do you forward 7000-9000 udp to?

Website doesn't really say. I want all incoming/outgoing traffic on port 7000-9000 udp to forwarded to what local ports?

I think you might be mistaken sir. It seems like you are the one who is not aware what port forwarding actually does[

Imo, network address translation (NAT) is configured between your box and your PC, you have to set on your box what port you want to redirect on your PC (by IP adress) and wich port will be used.

I know. Redirect the range 7000-9000 UDP to ... ?

you can try 7000-9000 on your PC too

edit: or what port you want to use for it ? is it for a game ? what game ?

i think you have to set:

Application name = like you want
External port = 7000-9000
Internal port = 7000-9000
Protocol = UDP
Destination= Your PC's IP adress
