What exactly was content of "the rule"? Game rules say that "cross-game trading is allowed, but is discouraged".

Unofficial 'rule' was basically if you spent more on your account than what you xtraded out... it was fine.
However, there has been a LOT of ambiguity and am very glad they removed that.

It was pretty much up to the discretion / mood of the mod.
