u gotta level your house a little more, starts at level 12 where you can start building stiff building chair, which gives +1 stamina

yup, (<<< lvl8 house)but it seems items at around lvl27+ can spawn stamina too, and then at 30 or something(not sure) one can have stamina gems in the armor etc

endurance gems to armor. not worth before you are lvl 30+
house

i used gems till i got like 100 stamina, it did help me a bit.
