level up the tool tiers as you come to them with C
and with gold/plat just pump til you feel like you hitting a wall

Yes, tool tiers are every 50 levels

Gold would be the best way to start for increasing your res/action

yes. best way to increase is with plat. but remember those plat upgrades do not work to harvestron.
allways buy new lvl tool-lvl (goes up 1 per 6lvl)

and setup ur eqipment with full harvesting gems don't know how high ur lvl is but ist a good bonus when u have all gems with gem ownership (30 fame per gem)
