Yes, and not because of the rules or any of that.
I personally believe that once you scam someone on the internet-- if given the opportunity again... you will. (it's just a matter of how much $ you will get out of it, or how much in-game currency)
I believe that Duncan played the mod team here on JSP-- banning them at will for things that should not of been banned.
Once the JSP mod team realized that he was a multi-scammer Duncan immediately started suckin on toes and bowing down to
them making remarks that he should be mod here because of repaying his scams. He also unbanned many of the mods that he
had banned on Avabur to start this process. (only after he realized that he was caught and needed to be unlocked)

absolutely no respect for that guy.

TLDR: He wanted to take out personal vendettas against mod members here by banning them on Avabur-- then immediately upon finding he was a scammer-multi he started suckin on toes to get unlocked.
